Requirements:

• Passion for media, film, TV, or digital content creation.

• Basic knowledge of production processes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.

Video Editor

• Passion for storytelling through visuals, sound, and pacing.

• Proficiency in using DaVinci Resolve or willing to transition.

• Understanding of color grading and motion graphics.

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and attention to detail.

• Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.

• Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new styles.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Camera Operator

• Passion for visual storytelling and cinematography.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and lighting setups.

• Ability to frame, focus, and compose shots creatively and consistently.

• Strong understanding of movement, angles, and visual continuity.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high visual quality.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow the director’s vision.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different production styles and setups.

Front Desk Officer

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude at all times.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic administrative and clerical skills (handling calls, scheduling, record keeping, etc.).

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.

• Ability to manage guests, direct inquiries, and support office operations smoothly.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist different departments when needed.
